CEL Sheetmetal has a full range of metal forming facilities including CNC folding and bending as well as a welding department to offer complete precision sheet metalwork assemblies.We have a fully equipped press brake department capable of bending up to 3 metre lengths in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
The high-tech capabilities offered by our folding department free the designer from the traditional limitations of sheet metal forming. To assist in component design, we have an advanced 3D CAD system to develop complex folded components and to model multiple-part assemblies. CNC programs are generated quickly and are stored electronically for future use.
We can weld stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium components and metal fabrications on site in Telford, Shropshire, with MIG welding and TIG welding facilities and a comprehensive metal dressing service. Our facilities are particularly suited to light and medium fabrications in mild steel, stainless steel or aluminium. A dressing capability allows stainless steel fabrications to be finished to a high standard, removing oxidisation marks and re-applying grain to brushed finished items.
