The CEL Group is an engineering based group of limited companies operating manufacturing and assembly facilities in both the UK and China.

The CEL Group’s UK headquarters are based in Telford, Shropshire with its China facility located near Shanghai, China. There are also warehousing facilities in Poznan, Poland.

As a wholly sub-contract manufacturing and assembly business, our premise is to take over your sub-contract manufacturing requirements. We would then utilise best fit production strategies suitable for both or either of our UK and China operations, which will reduce your costs and improve your bottom line profit margins.

We are able to offer customers the best of both worlds.

UK or China manufacturing by suitable volume requirements, the potential to prototype items and then transfer builds to the Chinese facility with the back-up and security of UK manufacturing. We can also unify supply chains from both factory sources and final assemble in the UK to the advantage of control, cost and quality.
